Hello, my name is Dagen Strong, and I am a 2025 graduate from the VCD: Illustration & Character Design program.

My specialties are concept art, illustration, writing, and visual storytelling. I am someone who loves to study all other sectors of art as well, whether it be writing, sculpting, painting, philosophy, or even art history. I believe one of the best things an artist can do is to continually explore the world around them, historical or otherwise, to help enrich their own work.

Currently, I am aiming to further develop my skills in illustration and concept art, as well as add additional skills such as comic writing and storyboarding.

Some of my favourite genres are usually anything dedicated to fantasy or settings where ancient history can be a large backdrop of the world.
